1.) Call your LCAPP department at 1-800-531-5227 to request a tire purchase authorization. Authorization may require additional time to process. Once the authorization is issued it is valid for 7 days.
2.) Price the tires with LCAPP and take your authorization number to a tire dealership that handles a LCAPP approved National Account for the brand of tire you priced.
3.) Have the work done and verify all charges on the shop’s delivery receipt prior to signing it. Retain a copy for your records. The shop will fax the delivery receipt to LCAPP at 888-329-5787 for release of a purchase order number. If the charges on the delivery receipt are not correct, do not sign the delivery receipt until it is accurately corrected. *Note only LCAPP pre-approved parts and labor can be added to the delivery receipt.
4.) Your tire purchase will be deducted from your settlement unless Landstar approves differently.
